As most of you know, I come from the French Alps on the border of Swissland, and so Les Bugnes Lyonnaises are a traditionnal speciality in my Region during Carnival. With Mardi Gras last week end and our long week end with Mumba in Melbourne I thought this one would be great to give for a treat to share with your loved ones. This recipe has been cooked in our family for over 5 generations and none of us can resist it!
